Assistant to Loan Officer Team

Opes Advisors, Inc., an independently owned mortgage banking and investment management firm is currently seeking an Assistant for a Loan Officer Team. This position will be located at the Opes corporate office in Palo Alto.

 

Marketing Program Administrator:  As the administrator of our team?s marketing program, our associate will be responsible for: 

? implementing the ongoing marketing activities for both clients and referral partners (including mailings, gifts, correspondence, acknowledgements, advertising, etc)

? Tracking the marketing budget and results from each initiative

 

Inside Sales/Loan Coordinator:  From the time we meet with a new client to the completion of a real estate transaction, there are several steps that must be completed.  Each step and connection with the client requires the highest standard of efficiency and customer service.  Our new team member will assist us in all the steps required to complete a mortgage transaction: analysis of the client situation,design of the strategy to satisfy the client, selection of the appropriate mortgage; packaging of the loan; collection of the appropriate documentation from all parties; and track the completion of the transaction through the process.



 

General Assistance: In assisting the Palo Alto Branch Manager you will be involved with projects revolving around sales management, design of sales practices and marketing. In addition, there will be a variety of general administrative activities including

? making and managing appointments;

? preparing packages and letters for clients and Realtor partners

? personal errands

 

Job Requirements:3+ years executive/personal assistant or project management/coordination experience3+ years experience in the financial services industry, particularly mortgage banking, a strong plusTeam playerStrong ability to multi-taskMS Office Suite.  Experience with Calyx Point and DataTrac a strong plusHighly organized and detail orientedMaintain a high level of sensitivity with confidential informationExcellent verbal and written communication

 

The salary range for this position is $15-$20 per hour with bonus potential.  *In addition, if the chosen candidate has Processing experience, there could be additional salary opportunites - commensurate with experience.
