Associate Project Administrator

We are currently seeking an Associate Project Administrator to join us in our Montvale office.


Responsibilities:

?{Individual who can work independently, interact with various levels of management, and as part of the team
?{The scope of the position includes Sentinel Operations change management procedures, which encompasses gathering user/entity change requirements, analysis, implementation, facilitation, support procedures, and maintenance of those changes
?{ Work with the team to execute business requirements, such as Onboarding new populations into Sentinel
?{Analyze reports to help ensure business goals are achieved and quality is maintained, which will require advanced Excel and/or Access skills
?{Liaise with Sentinel functional users to gather business requirements for entity/user changes
?{Facilitate operational entity/user changes for the Sentinel application while helping ensure data integrity
?{Implement processes for small-scale changes
?{Participate in smaller group projects
?{Handle multiple projects and/or tasks simultaneously

Qualifications:
?{Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university
?{One year of business experience
?{Experience in analyzing reports and business data
?{Ability to act quickly on issues and requests associated with business needs
?{Ability to interact with various levels of management
?{Ability to prioritize assignments
?{Ability to handle multiple tasks and support special project needs
?{Strong Microsoft Excel skills
?{Experience with Microsoft Access
?{Experience with application implementation and support procedures
?{Ability to work independently and as part of a team
