Association Manager

The Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians is now hiring for the position of Association Manager. The association is a non profit organization that supports the activities of licensed Naturopathic Physicians in Washington State. The duties of the Association Manager include: ?Work in the office 9-5 Monday-Thursday and other hours as mutually agreeable ?General office procedures and tasks, answer phones and route calls and inquiries, produce Mailings, Create reports Track projects ?Administrative assistant duties for the President, word processing at ~50 words/minute ?Attend monthly board meeting (2nd Tues. at 6:45-8:45 PM in Seattle) ?Computer, email and Internet proficient ?Knowledge of QuickBooks, Filemaker, Outlook and basic desktop publishing program required. ?Development, fundraising, corporate sponsor solicitation, Newsletter ad sales. ?Other duties as assigned Compensation is based on 32 hours per week with medical insurance stipend, Holiday (3 per year) and 1 personal day per month after the 1st six months of employment. Salary starts at $14-15 DOE.
