BUSINESS GROWTH RESULTS IN NEW OPPORTUNITIES

SwissCaps USA is currently seeking a Business Development Coordinator to assist the Business Development Manager to support the increased volume in sales.  Under the direction of the Manager of Business Development, the Coordinator ensures effective deployment of new business orders by developing effective project plans for national and international orders and following through to ensure their execution.



The Coordinator:will track and report status of all Business Development projects; coordinate and follow through on action steps and notify management of any unforeseen obstacles in achieving implementation and development of the business planenter and track new Business Development client orders into MAS 200 computer systemwill coordinate Business Development client visits to Swiss Caps facilities interface via telephone and electronic mail with all Business Development clients and with internal Swiss Caps personnel both in the U.S. and Switzerlandupon completion of the project plan, ensures Business Development client is effectively and efficiently handed over to the Sales Unit.

The ideal candidate enjoys the challenge of receiving an order, developing a business plan and following through.  In addition, the Business Development Coordinator has the following experience and education:

1.  BS in one of the sciences such as chemistry preferred; business degree acceptable

2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel; experience with

  Microsoft Project software highly desirable

3.  Able to read, write and communicate in the English language; able to develop effective relationships with many levels of employees and external clients.

4.  Is detailed-oriented.

5.  Has excellent follow-through capabilities
