BUYERS ASSISTANT

This individual will work directly for the president of the company as the buyer assistant and also as administrative assistant.  This individual must be very organized,  good customer service skills, strong computer skills especially with entering orders, excel, outlook express, Word, etc..  This individual plays a important role in  small corporate office.  Coordinates purchases and sales with one of the companies largest suppliers and customers.Must be willing to fill in in other areas if and when needed.  Any additional accounting skills, transportation experience, experience with access reports, other computer skills, inside sales or buying experience is desired and a plus. This is a fast paced position but in a pleasant small office environment.  Monday through Friday  8 to 5 some overtime required but not common.  Dependability, good attitude, strong computer skills, and ability to work with people at all levels are essential.  Great opportunity for right person!
