Back Office Coordinator - DJM

Accounting Principals and Parker & Lynch (a division of MPS Group NYSE:MPS) are currently seeking a Back Office Coordinator.  We are a leader in offering workforce solutions in the accounting and financial services industries and we do it through a combination of temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, direct placement, payroll services, contract services and more.

 

To succeed in this position you MUST be highly detail oriented, computer savvy and have a strong ability to multi-task.

 

The Back Office Coordinator position duties include:

? All payroll functions for our weekly payroll to temporary staff including auditing expense reports and tracking paid time off.  Interaction with corporate as it relates to payroll, billing, collections, invoicing, cash applications and commissions

? All new start paperwork including: work order creation and assignment maintenance

? Conduction background screening and maintaining drug screen paperwork and documentation

? Audit applications to meet company compliance documentation

? Gross margins transfers

? New hire orientation for candidates

? Unemployment claim documentation and responses

? Client company credit checks and associated documentation

? Administrative support for minimum staff of 14

? Ordering office supplies

? Special reporting and spreadsheet work as requested

? Research and accounting projects as requested

? Back up to the receptionist/front office ? including answering phones and heavy data entry
