Benefit & Payroll Implmentation Team Assistant

General Purpose:  The Implementation Assistant provides basic support to the Implementation Department by assisting the Implementation Specialist to ensure the successful transition of new clients to CoAdvantage.

 

Primary Responsibilities / Duties:Attends client on site meetings with Implementation Specialist when neededCommunicates with client to ensure the timely collection of all required employee documentation Provides client with printed and electronic versions of all mandatory federal and state postersCreates employee handouts for distribution at employee orientation meeting (benefit and payroll communication)Prepares benefit, payroll and human resource implementation documentation for scanningMaintain CRM with activity on clientsIs properly informed on client specific processes and needsMaintains communication within the department about each clientSets up client accounts in Ultimate and reviews for accuracyAdditional duties as may be deemed necessary by upper management

 

 

 Minimum Qualifications:

 

Education:  High School Diploma   

 

Experience: 1 year Customer Service Experience

  1 year Office Experience desired

  Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

 

 

Skills/ Abilities: -Microsoft Office applications experience

  -Internet

  -Excellent verbal skills

  -Excellent organization and prioritization skills

  -Comfortable presenting to groups 

  -Strong customer orientation

  -Ability to be an effective team member

  -Excellent writing skills

  -Ability to work under pressure of time constraints and be adaptable when priorities shift

 

 Physical Demands:

 

Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/ or customers; manual dexterity required for completion of tasks and operation of office equipment.

 

Work Environment:

 

The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted and ventilated.  Noise levels are considered low to moderate.
