Bilingual (Japanese and English) Administrative Assistant

About the Opportunity
We need a talented individual to fill the demanding role of Bilingual Administrative Assistant.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to translate Japanese to English and English to Japanese verbally and in writing.? This position will report to Japanese speakers as well as English speakers, therefore both languages must?be spoken fluently.?

In this position, you will support?our field service technicians at the?new Toyota plant in San Antonio, Texas.? We will maintain our?presence?as a tier one supplier to Toyota Texas for years to come.

This individual will?process invoices,?answer phone calls, accept and distribute mail and deliveries, order office supplies,?maintain and organize files, and?other duties as needed.?This position will also assist the field service department with such things as travel arrangements, compiling data for budget review, and assist with project coordination.?



Successful Candidate's Qualifications

Required

The ability to communicate fluently verbally and in writing, both in English and Japanese.

At least five years of administrative experience.Excellent multitasking skills while paying attention to detail. Prioritizes and performs a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction. Must be tenacious.? A good sleuth to find out answers.? Not just take the easy way.?

Superior organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains a comprehensive library of reference and historical data.

Outstanding PC skills to include Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Word.? Experience with MRP software a plus.

Preferred

Exceptional work ethic. Uses time productively, maximizes efficiency, and meets challenging work goals.

Delivers superior customer service.

Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
