Bilingual Property Manager

Looking for full time BILINGUAL PROPERTY MANAGER for a privately held real estate lending and investing company.

REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
The jobholder will assist to coordinate with mortgage brokers, title companies, credit repair specialists, foreclosure specialists, conventional lenders, investors on assisting in processing and closing the transactions.

GOOD OFFICE SKILLS
The right candidate should have prior office experience and general administration skills.

SALES
Prior residential property office experience, real estate investing, foreclosure, and/or sales and leasing experience would be helpful.

COMPUTER SKILLS
Experience with computer software is a must, preferably Microsoft office with Word and Excel. Experience with data entry and property management computer applications is also desired.

TEAM PLAYER
The Office Assistant must have a cooperative attitude and ability to work well in a team environment. They must demonstrate a strong focus on customer service and keep resident and company information confidential.

BILINGUAL AN ABSOLUTE MUST
