Ajilon's top medical client is currently seeking a Bilingual Receptionist on a Temp-to-Hire basis.  Must speak both Spanish and English.  The company feels that this is a very important position because it is the first point of contact for all customer inquiries.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Answering phones, greeting clients, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and assist multiple departments with administrative needs and various projects. 

 

Requirements:

MUST SPEAK BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH FLUENTLY!!!

Intermediate Word and Excel experience

1-2 years of office experience

Ideal candidate will have great customer service, be hard-working, and possess a positive attitude.
