Help Ablest Staffing be a leader in the industry by acting as the Credit Card Collections Specialist who obtains credit card payments; plans collections; notifies customers of delinquent status; collects accounts; maintains account payments; refers accounts for legal action; documents collection actions; avoids legal challenges; provides management control information.
Qualifications
Expert at using database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare various versions of complex statistical and written summary reports for different levels of management.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Can compute detailed calculations such as rate, ratio, and percentage. Can draw and interpret bar graphs.
Uses superior customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information. Greets callers, establishes rapport, projects professional tone, handles complaints, and records statistics on each call.
Places primary importance on delivering superior customer service.
Expert at setting and accomplishing financial goals, maintaining budgets and cost effectiveness, interpreting financial reports, and recommending appropriate corrective actions.
Expertise in using Excel, Lotus, Access, SQL, SAP, or other applicable accounting and financial software to record or analyze financial information.
Has superior organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains a comprehensive library of reference and historical data.
Is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings. Easily adjusts the message to match the audience.
Writes powerfully and persuasively using various styles and effectively addresses different needs and audiences.
Extensive PC experience working in Macintosh or Windows environments. Expert user of standard software systems such as word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software.
Designs the organization for optimal customer service. Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer.
Handles complex problems effectively. Separates key issues and generates multiple solutions.
Easily analyzes and prioritizes information, distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions.
Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
