We currently have openings for talented individuals to fill in-house roles in the Heart of Orange County, California.

 

As a Staffing Assistant, you will provide clerical support to branch staff by answering the phones, greeting applicants, customers and visitors in a professional manner. You will manage the front office and assure that all employee application process and payroll are processed accurately and effectively.  You will maintain employee and customer files through data entry and filing.

 

As a Staffing Specialist, you will be responsible for working with our customers and employees to make successful job matches. You will also be responsible for recruiting, screening, and interviewing potential employees, processing payroll, conducting employee orientation, and working with customers to ensure a consistently high level of service.

The ideal candidate will have strong people skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, data entry and typing skills, and must be detail oriented. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED one-year minimum of staffing industry and payroll experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook - and PeopleSoft experience is a plus! This position requires bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
