Position Summary:

As part of the Billing Accuracy & Quality Assurance team ("BAQA"), the Production Control Analyst is responsible for overseeing and tracking the bill generation schedule, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.  The Production Control Analyst will sort and prioritize multiple critical tasks & projects and be able to communicate and track status through completion.  The Production Control Analyst must be able to reliably support internal associates by providing clear communication regarding billing related issues, customer concerns, or requested research or analysis.



Responsibilities:

Responsible for researching and reporting on billing exceptions

?Generate daily billing exception report and distribute (via e-mail) to Production Crew for daily production meeting.

?  Generate morning production status report.

? Work and resolve daily billing exceptions

? Work and resolve all production related work items generated out of billing platform

 

 Responsible for managing projects as assigned

? Work special handling requests ? log notes and take action if needed to ensure what is being requested is executed on

?Researches and logs reason for late mailing of bills

?  Answers billing research questions

?  Responds to critical and emergency customer issues that get escalated from Client facing associates. 

 

Manage individual ticket queue

? Work tickets in priority order

? Complete tickets on a daily basis (on or before deadline)

 

Custom Billing Calculations

? Provide financial data based on a requested change in billing methodology by our client

 

Become an expert in our overall business processes, as well as the system functionality that supports these processesTrain with all Operation teams to gain knowledge of what they do and how they impact other teams Gain knowledge of our billing database to help assist in identifying system enhancements

 

Requirements:







? Must be able to type 40 words per minute

?  Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook

? Must be self motivated, eager to accept challenges and have a desire to work in a fast paced atmosphere where priorities and responsibilities change quickly

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Strong research and troubleshooting skills

? Must be comfortable working in an environment where managing the follow up and tracking of multiple tasks is a daily requirement

? Must have excellent organizational skills

? Firmly committed to achieving deadlines

? Highly detail oriented

DESIRED

 

? Bachelors degree a plus

? Project management experience a plus

? Have a basic understaning of Accounting / Finance principles
