Who is our ideal candidate?
-Ideal candidate has demonstrated strong and effective supervisory skills, with 3+ years experience in management of people and processes;

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

-Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills -- process improvement experience helpful;

-Experience in billing, customer service, banking or related insurance helpful;

-Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

What are the job responsibilities?
1.Monitor production and quality of associates' performance to ensure that all functions within the Billing function are processed and completed in a quality and timely manner.

2.Supervise associates giving work direction, training and performance feedback and making hiring and termination decisions.

3.Correspond with customers and field to resolve issues and questions. Resolve most difficult issues.

4.Maintain strong working relationships with company associates and the field.

5.Other duties as assigned
