Billing and Contract Maintenance Analyst

Symon Communications is a fast growing technology software and services company focusing on real time data for call centers, supply chain and digital signage for employee and corporate communications.  Symon is located in Plano, Texas, just north of Dallas.

 

We are seeking a talented individual to work in our financial and accounting group who can successfully work in the billing and renewal of software and hardware maintenance contracts.  This person will work with our sales team and accounting team to ensure clients renew their maintenance contracts and that billing and payables are assured. 

 

We are seeking a person with the following abilities:The ability to perform math and numerical reasoning and a general understanding of financial processes (order to cash, etc.). Working knowledge of MS Excel  The ability to be a self starter and a team player with high energy level. The ability to multi-task and work with a variety of other organizations within Symon. The ability to learn quickly and to be timely. Positive attitude, high energy level, and objective judgment.
