Book Keeper/Office Manager

 

Fast-growing advertising agency in Hoboken, New Jersey seeks full time individual to handle book keeping and general office duties including entering vendor invoices, cutting checks, calculating and paying quarterly sales tax and light filing. Must have a strong aptitude for numbers and be extremely organized. Must be computer literate. Prior book keeping experience is an absolute must. List of responsibilities:

 

Work with CPA to ensure books are in order

 

Enter vendor invoices into system and cut checks

 

Calculate quarterly sales tax and make payments

 

Responsible for company health plans; insurance reviews and renewals

 

Manage general office services like phone, internet, shipping and seek more competitive providers as necessary.

 

Order supplies to ensure the company runs smoothly

 

Administrative support ? answer phones
