Bookkeeper/Office Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

eLearners.com, a rapidly growing Internet marketing company seeks an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager responsible for performing all administrative activities of the company including general accounting, human resources,  facilities management, as well as providing clerical and administrative support to the executive team.  This position requires a hands-on approach, so preference will be given to candidates who have worked with or at small and growing companies, where versatility is a critical attribute, as well as those individuals who thrive in a work environment where each day is different than the one before. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

 

? Maintain vendor, customer, payroll and general files

? Accounts Payable entry, check printing, mailing, filing

? Accounts Receivable billing, cash applications, collections, customer support

? Prepare, perform and record bank deposits

? Human Resources administration including managing new employee enrollments

? Office Supply management

? Company events/travel planning and coordination

? Trade Show logistics

? Client administrative support

? Administrative Assistant to Executive Management

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

? Associates or Bachelors in accounting,  business or related field

? 4+ years in similar position

? Working knowledge of general accounting

? Experience with QuickBooks and/or other small/mid-size accounting systems

? Strong verbal and written communication skills

? Strong attention to detail

? Ability to maintain confidentiality of all corporate and personnel matters
