Bookkeeper and Office Administrator

IMMEDICATE PLACEMENTS Medical Recruiting and Placement Firm.The right candidate will be using Excel on a daily basis and QuickBooks ( on line ) for AR/AP and Billing. There are only three people in the office (simple payroll). The bookkeeping will be done two days a week and the rest of the week the candidate will be helping out in the office, posting ads, and conducting general office duties. The candidate will also be handling light phone calls. Great office environment. It is in a nice location in the Gables. Relaxed environment, kitchen.
