Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills are essential.  Administrative support responsibilities include answering phones, vendor and customer file maintenance and data entry.

 

Bookkeeping responsibilities include AP, AR, invoices, general ledger, bank and credit card reconciliations, monthly financial statements, quarterly and monthly tax reports, payroll and track fixed assets and depreciation schedules.

 

Qualifications include proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and QuickBooks with at least 2+ years experience.
