Branch Administrative Assistant - Part Time

Safety-Kleen Systems has an immediate opening for BRANCH ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT- Part Time in Boynton Beach, FL. This individual is responsible for ensuring that all paperwork is directed to the proper departments.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

?Verification of Sales and Hazardous Waste documents completed by Sales and Service Representatives.

? Ensure proper maintenance of Accounts Receivable, branch bank deposits, Manifests, and other key administrative areas.

? Provides corrections for annual reports.

? Maintain branch level Customer Service/Collection procedures.

? Interact daily with customers via phone and in person

? Perform other duties as assigned by management.

 

Work timings are  Mon, Tue and Wed

$9-$11 / hour

 

QUALIFICATIONS

? High School or GED, some college preferred

? 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred

? Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Familiar with environmental, health, and safety compliance

? Basic computer skills compliance

? Ability to multi-task

? Team player
