Construction - Branch Administrator

 

Western Construction Group specializes in masonry and concrete restoration as well as preventative waterproofing of buildings and structures.  We have offices across the country and our Denver, CO location has an opportunity available for a Branch Administrator. 

 

We are seeking a team player to contribute to the successful operations of the branch by providing effective administrative and accounting support to the Operating Personnel. This position will assist in managing all administrative aspects of the Branch office.  Qualified candidates should possess a High school diploma or equivalent and three + years of general office experience. Thorough knowledge of PC based windows applications is strongly preferred, ability to develop spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel and  Outlook applications.  Good written and verbal communication skills are essential. This is a small office environment that offers challenge and variety.  Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

Process hourly payroll on a weekly basis.

Process Accounts Payables for Branch operation.

Prepare customer billings for all jobs and follow-up with collections.

Assist in coordinating all administrative functions for Operating Personnel.

Gather information and prepare various financial and general reports.

Respond to customer inquiries, where possible, in the absence of operating personnel.  Track man days.

Maintain filing system and records management program for Branch office

Maintain hourly employee records on computer system

Assist with completion of new-hire paperwork.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Open and distribute mail and other clerical tasks
