Brokerage Administrator for Commercial Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company

The Philadelphia Office of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Brokerage Company, the nation's largest real estate investment brokerage firm, has an available position for a Brokerage Administrator.

Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to work effectively with all personalities in an office environment, a positive attitude to assist busy agents, and the ability to be an effective part of a fast-moving team. The position requires a very responsible organized professional with the ability to multi-task, and work proactively with a positive demeanor. Punctuality is a must.

The Brokerage Administrator provides administrative support to the agents and management of the office.

The Brokerage Administrator reports directly to the Operations Manager, but performs independently on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Data entry and proofreading of proposals, presentations, correspondence, contracts and marketing materials
- Document copying, scanning and binding
- Navigate M&M and vendor software programs for data entry requirements, including creating maps, demographics and extracting photos
- Daily switchboard relief per office requirements
- Provide administrative support to Agents and Regional Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge and/or Experience:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office 2000/XP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; courteous with professional demeanor
- Self motivated, detail oriented and able to perform with little direction
- Desires to be challenged and accountable for services provided
- Maintain confidentiality and work well under pressure
- 'Can Do' Attitude and a team player
- Type 50+WPM
- 2-4 years administrative experience
- Must be a quick learner and computer savvy as some software training may be necessary
