Business Account Administrator

Advantage Sales and Marketing is looking for a talented and enthusiastic professional to join the team in the entry-level position of Business Account Administrator in our Anaheim, CA area.


 

The Business Account Administrator (BAA) is responsible for administrative activities & support related to assigned clients and customers. 

 

Job Responsibilities

 Manages the claims and deductions and reconciliation processes by meeting client and customer expectations through maintaining accurate records. Maintains an efficient forms management process through consistent application and training.Develops accurate and timely promotional materials by inputting client information in order to create a promotional calendar. Maintains promotional materials through tracking vehicles i.e., spreadsheets, sample inventories, quotes, and bonus tracking. Supports and resolves administrative activities by maintaining communication flow and serving as a liaison to Business Managers, customer service and other support staff. Assists in meeting Advantage and client objectives by understanding sales volume, profitability and incremental growth opportunities for each brand. Ensures customer and client satisfaction by proactively seeking input, recommending solutions, and solving problems through independent thinking.

 

Required Qualifications and Education

 One to three years administrative experience, preferably within the Food Industry. Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment.Good verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Computer Software to include: MS Windows, Spreadsheet (MS Excel), Word-processing (MS Word), Computer Graphics (PowerPoint,).Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks with minimum supervision Must have strong organizational skills. Mathematical and analytical skills needed.
