Description:


 


The business analyst will support the Discovery Services project management group by being responsible for report generation, structure, and formatting for customer reports.  This individual will create and maintain standard functional report templates, respond to custom report requests, and maintain a library for custom reporting requirements.  The business analyst will also provide recommendations to the Technology Manager for Report Wizard and application log improvements; analyze customer deliverables for accuracy and completeness, prioritize requests from Project Managers, and assist with special projects as required.  The role will be instrumental in generating quality customer deliverables and driving improvements to current technology and processes.



 

Qualifications:

 

A Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years experience in business analysis and a technical background are required.  The person in this position must be very analytical and will spend most of their time on the computer.  The ideal candidate will possess solid MS Excel and MS Access knowledge and experience, analytical thinking, oral and written communication and organizational skills.  The person must be able to manage multiple requests and work with tight deadlines.

 

 

Education:

 

Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
