Business Coordinator-HOS

American Water Enterprises, Inc. (AWE) is seeking a Business Coordinator for its Voorhees, NJ location.? American Water provides water and wastewater services to customers throughout the United States and Canada.

The BUSINESS COORDINATOR will be responsible for:

?Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Homeowner Services Group concentrating on Business to Business marketing for water and sewer line protection programsManaging timetables and communication efforts for a variety of business activities on time and on budgetAssisting in the development of relationshiops with target decision-makers for sales potential by qualifying leadsAssuming an active role serving as liaison to direct marketing personnnel and as an ambassador for the programsConducting ongoing marketing researchIdentifying and develop process improvements that streamline records and database used for contact managementDeveloping, maintaining and publishing reportsEnsuring updated internal and external communication via marketing calendar, newsletter and sales contest resultsPerforming administrative duties, supporting PowerPoint presentations, executing initial and follow-up correspondence, establishing and maintaining files

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

?Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Business or Communications;? Or, a 2-year degree with equivalent experienceMinimum of 1 year knowledge of marketing and sales cycleAbility to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external client groupsProficiency using computer applications, particularly MS Office and Lotus NotesAssertive and independent thinking in daily work and decision-making Delivery of timely, concise and accurate work
