Business Data Analyst Description: Volt Services Group has an opening for a Business Data Analyst at a growing Data Storage Company in Sunnyvale.
You will provide general administrative support and data gathering, spreadsheet development, and ad hoc query support for various market & customer segmentation projects. May perform some project analysis and audits of project data. Assistance to the team for meeting & calendar logistics, and day to day team assistance in a variety of projects for Strategy development & Marketing Operations. Interface with members of marketing staff and various levels of management. 40% will be general administrative activities, 30% will be gathering/organizing data, 30% will be processing the data.

Requirements:
Computer Application Skills: Microsoft Applications, Outlook, Word, Excel (create/link spreadsheets, run reports, formulas, etc), Access (run simple queries) & PowerPoint (will create/edit presentations, will not give presentations).
Required Soft Skills: Must be able to interact with all levels of management and staff. Must be a team player. Demonstrated ability to perform moderately complex quantitative analysis with the ability to gather, document, analyze and draw conclusions on data and information.
Must be able to pass a 7 year felony and misdemeanor background check.
