Business Development Administrative Assistant

Established NJ Sales and Marketing company catering to Fortune 500 clients seeks a well-organized Administrative Assistant for our Business Development Department. The candidate should be able to work well in a fast paced environment, have drive, motivation, and the ability to multi-task.  The candidate should possess at least two years of administrative experience.  Other qualifications include being able to manage basic administrative tasks such as word processing, data entry, faxing, and filing. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.  Strong verbal and written communication skills are required as candidate will have direct contact with customers and manufacturers.

 

In addition to providing a tremendous growth opportunity, this position offers a competitive salary, health insurance, a 401(k) plan with an employer match, life insurance and long-term disability insurance, personal, sick and vacation days.  No relocation fees will be paid.
