About the Department



 The Business Development Team generates leads for the company?s growing sales force.  Its staff of Appointment Setters, develop appointments with businesses over the phone for the company?s sales force to pursue.  This department is an important driver for growth at the company and is looking to expand.

 

 

About the Position



 

Report To:

Head of Business Development

 

Responsibilities are to work with the Business Development Team to:Manage workflow of business development department.Manage and maintain prospect database for Business Development department.Manage workflow of lead generation from prospect database.Distributes leads to the sales force and dealer network.Track and record sales results generated from leads.Track and record the performance of each member of the department.Track the performance of the sales force.Track results of prospect campaigns.Track performance of outside telemarketing vendor.

 

Skills Required:Proven strong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsStrong ability to multi-task and prioritize activities to deliver on commitmentsProven proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated team player with good problem solving skills and driven to succeed Has a ?Team Player? attitude and works well with othersProfessional image (in speech, dress, and manner)
