Job Description:

We are a fast-paced, growing company in the Carmel Mountain area that is seeking an energetic, customer service oriented and organized individual to efficiently and accurately process all employee requests regarding business services center functions.

 

Duties to Include, but not limited to:

 

?  Maintaining an efficient and organized business service center

?  Processing all shipping and mailing requests while maintaining logs of shipments

?   Producing and delivering a monthly report of shipments by individuals and by departments

?  Delivering print jobs and supplies upon request

?  Scanning and electronically filing documents

?  Creating, logging, and shipping binders and comb-bound products upon request

?  Providing back-up to the networked phone system
