Business Systems Analyst

We provide state-of-the-art lead processing, customer care and management via a variety of channels--from web-based solutions to more traditional teleservices -- for businesses ranging from computer hardware and software manufacturers to financial services companies.

 

In this role, you will work with numerous client account teams as well as the IT department to providing maintenance support and requirements for custom systems.  You will also partner with reporting teams, analytics and with business owners to develop and implement new analysis tools to assist in business management.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Will be responsible for designing, enhancing, and owning custom operations system.

- Assist with system testing and data integrity. 

- Cross-training with the reporting team to help provide insight through upgrading and improving upon existing reports.

 

 

Requirements: 

 

- Ability to write system requirements

- Ability to produce custom, ad-hoc reports

- Ability to perform data analysis

- Ability to interpret different data sets

- Ability to create custom reports

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects

- Understanding of financial management concepts

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- 1 ? 3 years of experience in business systems analyst or similar role.

- Demonstrated experience with MS Office, expert level with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).

- Demonstrated experience of applying analytical skills to complex business problems.

 

 

Preferred Requirements:

 

Exposure and experience in working with call center metrics is preferred

Bachelor degree in Business / Marketing / MIS is preferred
