H.O. Penn, the Caterpillar dealer for lower NY and all of CT, is seeking an Adminstrative

Assistant in our Power Systems division based in our Holtsville, NY facility. This is an excellent

opportunity for a highly motivated individual seeking a challenging and responsible

position in a values-driven, growth-oriented organization.


This position is responsible for Provides Administrative Support to Power Systems Vice-

President and Sales Manager by managing all department incoming calls, scheduling

appointments and coordinating meetings, providing reports and analysis on Department

Operational Results, as well as all other support and coordination activities


QUALIFICATIONS: High school required, secretarial school or college preferred.Computer literate, competent in Microsoft Office tools. Customer relations experience and multi-tasking abilities. Notary a plus or willing to obtain.Electric Power Generation industry experience or knowledge is a plus, but not required.
