CLERK REGENCE LIFE AND HEALTH (JOB # 13723)
Portland, OR
Perform clerical service in the following role:
Sort and prepare billings, contracts and claims for imaging
Utilize imaging/scanning software/hardware to scan, index and commit to optical disc all claims, claims related documents and corporate files
Combine your previous office experience with the following skills:
Minimum 1 year office experience
Experience in an imaging environment helpful
Knowledge of claims processing workflow helpful
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Ability to understand and follow instructions and technical guideline and procedures
Ability to operate a variety of standard business machines including calculator, copiers and fax
Ability to work effectively without close supervision and make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions
Ability to work overtime when required, including weekends
Ability to remain focused when dealing with extremely heavy workloads
Ability to switch from task to task quickly and without confusion while maintaining superior quality and quantity
Ability to work closely with others in a team environment and be responsible for meeting team objectives
Excellent attendance
Basic PC skills
