CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER
A rapidly growing Registered Investment Advisor with close to one billion under management, seeking an individual to work as a Client Account Manager.
Individual will be involved with all aspects of client account management; daily interaction with assisting with account inquiries, troubleshooting, trade processing, trade reconciliations, process daily transactions and complete account maintenance.
Manage day to day client accounts for assigned clients, interface with registered representatives, investment companies/ financial institutions and inter departments, respond to client inquiries, resolve service issues, and demonstrate proactive, solution based approach to enhance client relations.
Candidate should posses excellent interpersonal communications and analytical skills, 1-3 years investment experience, back office technology (Portfolio Management Software, Albridge Solutions is preferred or something comparable).
