GREAT OPPORTUNITY! Established construction company seeks mature, multi-talented, highly organized individual for construction contract administration. Opportunity for growth wtih company.

Must have experience in all facets of constructionrecordkeeping, from bid acceptance, review of project requirements, bond requests, compliance & close out documentation,AIApayment application estimates, project records & various office related duties/tasks. Type 60 minimum. Ten key by touch - Quickbooks, Excel, Word or comparable. Fast paced office. Total recall memory and PLUS!

EXPERIENCE A MUST ! NO OTHERS NEED RESPOND!!

DRESS CODE: "Business" casual.

Medical - 80% Paid by company.

Dental - 100% Paid by employee

Vacation - 5 days after 1 full year from date of employment

10 days after 3 full year from date of employment (maximum)

Location: West Sam Houston Tollway - Hwy 290 Area.
