Excellent opportunity for someone with entry level A/P experience to work in a growing business with a supportive team. Responsible for initiating, scheduling, maintaining and processing requests for PACT's Contract Administration group.The support provided will include management of price changes into master file, formatting files into appropriate order and type for electronic load into funds file for payment disbursement, frequent and regular updating for PACT's WebPages on Catalyst, and miscellaneous filing of contract documents as needed.

Requirements: HS diploma or GED and 2 years related exp (accts payable or disbursements preferred). Also prefer some pharmaceutical exp. Proficient PC skills incl Access, Excel and Word preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work as part of a team; good organization, prioritization, and strong time mgmt skills. Attention to detail is critical; able to work independently. Must possess strong customer service skills. Perform responsibly and in an ethical manner consistent with the organization values.
