CRM Specialist (Entry Level)
Position: CRM Specialist
Classification: Non-Exempt
Location: Corporate Office (Houston)
G&A is currently recruiting for a CRM Specialist! We are looking for a qualified candidate to work with the I.T. Department on our ongoing Customer Relationship Management and Electronic Document Management System initiatives. This entry level position does not require a heavy/specific IT background, but does require someone who is comfortable with computers and databases, and has an interest in the field.
Candidate must meet the following criteria:
? Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
? Must have strong analytical skills
? Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
? Must have excellent multi-tasking skills
? Must be able to work in a time sensitive environment
? Must be able to provide excellent customer service
? Must be able to work a varied schedule with overtime when necessary
? Must be a team player with a ?can-do? attitude
? Previous database coordination experience a plus
? Previous project management a plus
Job duties include:
Consults with users to gather information about CRM needs, objectives, functions, features, and input and output requirements.
Assist in analysis, definition, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs.
Assists in the development of and maintains plans outlining steps and time tables for developing CRM application and modifications
Assists in the design of screen layouts, graphical user interfaces, printed outputs, and interfaces with other systems
Creates test transactions and runs tests to find errors and confirm programs meet specifications.
Analyzes processes to find causes of errors and revises application modifications
Consults with users to prototype, refine, test, and debug CRM application to meet needs
Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about CRM application
Trains end users to use programs
Installs and tests programs at client site
Monitors performance of programs after implementation
Assists in the development and metric analysis of usage by user and the extent of compliance with company standards
