CSR I - Invoice Print Team

The Customer Service Representative I on the Invoice Print Team is responsible for the daily mailing of invoices and case documents.

Primary Functions:
' Follow established QA workflows prior to mailing invoice/report to customer.
' Effectively communicate by email and telephone with FCM personnel, to assist with problems identification and resolution of issues associated with processing of invoices/case documents.
' Provide exceptional customer service and support to all levels of FCM personnel to ensure performance against established business standards.
' Special projects as assigned.

' Commitment to customer service.
' Computer and data entry skills.
' Knowledge of medical terminology.
' Desire and ability to learn new software applications.
' Knowledge of Field Case Management billing practices helpful.
' Previous experience working with time and expense helpful.
' Team oriented.
' Ability to apply knowledge and analytical thinking to work through issues.
' Ability to prioritize and answer inquires as assigned.
' Customer Service experience preferred.
' Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
' Ability to multi-task.
