Call Attendant
Description: Under moderate supervision, operates a call director or switchboard console and/or performs receptionist functions. Maintains professional courtesy and customer service to all callers. Ability to communicate clearly and accurately to callers in order to maintain quality customer service.
Qualifications:
General knowledge of call director or switchboard console and department/office operations. High school education or equivalent training, plus a minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience preferred.
