Call Center Lead Coordinator - Part time only

Sirius Computer Solutions is searching for Call Center Lead Coordinators to assist with lead generation for Sirius Products. The individuals in this position will contact Sirius prospects and current customers to generate sales opportunities for Sirius Computer Solutions Inside Sales Team and Sales Team.



THIS POSITION IS PART TIME, 25-30 HOURS PER WEEK BETWEEN THE HOURS OF

8:15 AM AND 5:15 PM.



Primary Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to these items):



? Prospect and qualify customers for Sirius products and services by initiating telephone calls utilizing prepared scripts

? Identify the appropriate internal customer contact to drive prospects into leads

? Generate sales appointments and interface directly with the sales teams and Inside Sales team regarding potential leads

? Distribute promotional materials and mailers to support customer requests

? Handle or redirect basic product inquiries in a manner that exceeds customer expectations of service

? Pro-actively advance personal knowledge of Sirius products and services

? Manage leads from all external sources and campaigns, including entering new leads into Siebel and updating lead status on a monthly basis

? Perform calls to generate customer or prospect participation in events as a part of Attendance Driving Campaign Calls

? Maintain lead database integrity by updating customer records with information gathered from prospecting on the phone

? Perform and log feedback from Sirius Customer Satisfaction Survey calls in the Sirius Sales Force Automation System (Siebel)



Skills and Education:

 

? High School Diploma (College course work in Marketing, Business or Information Systems is preferred)

? Minimum of six months of sales, telemarketing or customer service experience - outbound call center preferred

? Excellent communication, written and time management skills

? Ability to positively interact with various potential customers

? Ability to sense and relate observations to business opportunity

? Solid sales and technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp technical products and services

? Solid data entry and typing skills necessary in order to prepare reports and maintain databases
