Key responsibilities include:
Answering inbound calls from providers who are requesting prior notifications
Handling requests from hospitals, doctor’s offices and home health agencies
Responding to fax requests, and following up with providers when necessary



Call center experience is required. A background with medical terminology, medical coding and managed care is preferred, and candidates must live within a commutable distance of our facility. Basic computer proficiency is essential.
