Call Center Reps
CALL CENTER OPPORTUNITY - 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE INBOUND
Qualified candidate will be working with customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database.
Will be taking inbound calls providing information to customers calling in, resolving problems, researching and exploring answers as well as escalating unresolved problems.
Will take 150+ calls per day fulfilling requests, completing transactions, and forwarding requests made by the client. Will sell additionla services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features. Will enter and update information in the data base, working with multiple screens.
