Capital IQ Associate, Contract / Billing Coordinator

Its solutions are based on the Capital IQ platform, a unique combination of global private and public capital market data and software applications that enable end users to draw deep market insights, generate better ideas, optimize relationships and simplify workflow.  Capital IQ, a division of Standard and Poor's and subsidiary of McGraw Hill, is currently searching for a Contract Coordinator to join our team. DescriptionThis person will be responsible for managing the contract process.  This includes, ensuring that the sales records and the billing records are in-sync and up to date.This person will be the liaison between the sales team and the billing department.  This person will also work closely with the billing department in resolving billing inquiries.Additional Responsibilities Include:?  Input of contracts into the contract management system?  Reconciling contract management system to the sales sheet?  Scan, file contracts, and attach PDF image to the contract management system?  Participate in the investigation, review and resolution of client related issues as required?  Perform ad hoc tasks as required

   ?  2 years of billing experience and a good understanding of the billing process.?  A strong team player with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization?  Proficient in Windows based PC applications including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, knowledge of PIMS is a plus?  Ability to handle interruptions and to react quickly in prioritizing deadlines?  Strong organizational skills and detail oriented?    Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independent?  Strong communication and customer service skills?  Strong analytical skills
