Case Coordinator - PASRR

QTC is the largest private provider of government-outsourced medical and disability examination services in the nation. We were the first and only private examination provider awarded the Pilot Program Contract to perform Compensation and Pension examinations for the Department of Veterans Affairs. We are looking for experienced and capable individuals to uphold this reputation of excellence as we expand into other segments within the health care market. Take part in further solidifying QTC?s position as not only the largest, but also leading private examination provider available to the US and surrounding areas.

This individual will be responsible for:
Download weekly referrals from the Department of Mental Health. Contact the nursing facilities to verify resident status
Data entry of resident information
Key data entry of referrals timely for compliance with the Department of Mental Health time frame
Assist in preparing reports on data for the contractor and the Department of Mental Health
Provide technical and clerical support to the QA Directors, Contract Manager and Medical Director
Request clinical technical assistance when needed
Complete other projects and duties as assigned

The successful candidate will possess the following:
AA/BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of one year experience performing general office duties such as answering phones and responding to inquires
Working knowledge of word processing software and medical database systems
Excellent command of the verbal and written language
Exceptional interpersonal abilities
