We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated individual to join our Finance team as a Cash/Credit Assistant. If you are an energetic individual with 2-3 years working experience in an Accounts Receivable or Bookkeeping position this might be the opportunity for you! In this role your responsibilities will include processing daily cash receipts, processing credit card transactions, downloading bank reports, maintaining data spreadsheets for management, booking inter-company cash entries, working with Corporate treasury department, preparing cash reconciliation?s, processing final invoicing for Contracts Department.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will possess an Associates degree, excellent verbal & written communication skills, Microsoft Office, Excel Spreadsheets, and an understanding of accounting functions. See HR for a complete job description and requirements.
