Cash Management Sales Assistant

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to officers to support the development of new cash management business, the expansion of existing business relationships, and the servicing of clients. In addition, this position completes routine inside sales.

 

Job Summary:Receives incoming calls from multiple sources and completes sales on routine products and services. Obtains and coordinates necessary information to ensure service is set up and proper legal documentation is executed. Prepares formal requests for proposals on appropriate standard document. Submits document to senior officer for review. Responds to routine pricing inquiries from internal and external clients. Refers more complex requests to senior officers. Assists in the preparation of sales presentations and in the testing of system upgrades. Delivers training for Commercial and Regional Banking staff using standard training program. Completes BSA/AML/KYC compliance documentation using standard forms. Ensures service agreements are delivered to customer for execution and returned prior to any services being set up. Coordinates the resolution of all customer service matters delegated by senior sales officers.

 

Skills/Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalency required.3-5 years relevant experience.Strong PC skills required including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation and internal software.Strong customer service focus and communication skills to effectively correspond with internal and external customers in a variety of situations.Ability to acquire and maintain changing product information for all products supported.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting deadlines.Strong written and verbal skills are needed to effectively close sales and provide training.
