Cash Management Specialist

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

 

CASH MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, REAL ESTATE CAPITAL MORTGAGES 

 

The Cash Management Specialist?s daily responsibilities include:

 Process payments that have been rejected by the external lockbox facility Process payment reversals, NSF checks, and other special types of payment transactions Process approved reserve disbursements and transfers between escrow accounts Balance loan level cash and non-cash transactions daily Monitor the Suspense Report to ensure that all cash is processed timely Monitor the bank wire system for incoming wires and process or notify others of receipt, as appropriate Input into the Strategy system ACH payment instructions received from Borrowers 

 

Qualified candidates will have:

 1 to 3 years of payment processing or accounting related experience Data entry experience Good organizational skills Possession of a flexible, conscientious and responsible attitude. Team player and self-starter. Detail oriented. Strong oral and written communication skills.
