Cintas is currently looking for a Catalog Sales Administrative Assistant to provide support to our catalog sales department.?Communication with catalog team members and Sales Reps, as well as potential and current business customers, is a daily responsibility.?Selected individual will work with customers to place catalog product orders, key orders into the AS/400 computer system, and track the shipping and delivery status of orders.?Additional responsibilities include daily/weekly/monthly calculating of catalog sales orders to measure growth and profitability and to ensure the location is meeting its projections.?All duties will be done via phone, e-mail and in person communication.?In addition, this position is responsible for general administrative duties, such as composing memorandums and letters and creating forms, catalog promotional flyers and postings.?Working under tight deadlines, handling emergency requests, and prioritizing tasks are daily responsibilities for our Catalog Sales Assistants.


Hourly pay rate is commensurate with background, qualifications, and experience.

Accurate typing and 10 keypad experience
Previous administrative experience preferred
Computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Intranet/Internet, and AS/400 preferred
High School Diploma preferred
Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted preferred
