Charitable Program Administrative Coordinator
Job Description: DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for all aspects of corporate charitable contributions to include:
Process charitable gift requests and disbursements.
Conduct research on requests by using departmental reports and Access database.
Assemble contribution request documentation for executive review.
Prepare checks, cover letters and make copies for files.
Maintain and update Access database.
Maintain tickler system and files.
Corporate business function responsibilities include:
Reconcile bank accounts for various entities.
Process bank deposits, transfers, and withdrawals.
Review invoices, process payment requests, and maintain files for expenses and receipts.
Prepare payroll tax reports and returns, and year-end W-2's and reports.
Prepare and process estimated income tax payments for entities.
Work with employees of affiliate companies on various benefits and other issues.
Set up and maintain file systems.
Maintain and handle highly confidential information.
Serves as backup assistant to clerical support team as needed.
Other duties as assigned by management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of five years of related work experience preferred. Accounting or Retail Banking experience desirable.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong database and spreadsheet skills including MS Access and Excel.
Ability to work independently but also as a team player.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
