DUTIES:


Responsible for providing daily administrative support to the Manager of Recovery Administration with respect to the buyers of accounts.? This includes direct contact with contracted buyers, prospective buyers and Citigroup customers.??? Performs daily file maintenance, dispute verification, repurchase requests, and follow up with the Manager in regards to repurchase requests.? The selected individual will also be responsible for maintenance of sale contracts, buyback time lines, repurchase inventories and inventory reports after the sales have been closed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School diploma (or equivalent) and?2 or more years of related experience. College preferred.? Knowledge of FDCPA, collection and consumer finance experience preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

The individual must have effective strong analytical and problem solving skills; strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and vendors; and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects in a fast paced environment.?? The ability to work well in a team.? A strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs including Access and PowerPoint.? The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and have the ability to work in a high stress environment with tight deadlines.?
