Claims Coordinator

Arenas Claims Consulting, Inc. (ACCI) has provided web-based field investigation products and services (to include education and training) to the insurance claims community since 1997.

Our mission is to effectuate a permanent positive paradigm shift in the way the insurance claims industry investigates, communicates and resolves liability claims.

We are looking for enthusiastic team members who possess leadership attributes and creativity who can grow with ACCI's quickly expanding clientele list.

Responsibilities:

*track report deadlines

*coordinate with field staff team members to ensure deadlines are met once field tasks are completed

*Reviews all outgoing reports for quality control

*Webs and faxes reports to clients

*Assists in the scheduling of appointments and calendar management of the field staff team

Qualifications:

* Prior liability claims experience preferred / strongly desired

*SPANISH Bilingual desired

*Must have good understanding of city locations in the State of California in order to schedule appointments for field staff

* High School diploma - some college desired

* 2-4 years general office experience

* Professional written and verbal communication skills a must

*High attention to detail

*Strong Organizational skills

*Experience with Excel

*Proficient in Word

*Ability to prioritize and work in fast -paced environment

*must type min of 45 WPM;
